What started as dreams of purchasing a newer home eventually turned into a complete change of direction when we decided to full remodel instead. Through every twist and turn, Shana and Rachel seamlessly shifted gears and supported us every step of the way.To make things even more challenging, the person we were working with didn't have a realtor, which is something I would never recommend. Rachel was an incredible resource throughout our move from Maryland to Bend. She helped us navigate the entire process, first virtually while we were still on the East Coast, and then in person, taking the time to show us around Bend and help us get a feel for the different neighborhoods.Her knowledge went well beyond the local real estate market. She was extremely helpful with school districts, neighborhoods, and the many other resources we needed to make a cross-country move with our family.Moving across the country and buying a home from a distance can be overwhelming, and Rachel made the entire process much easier.
