As out-of-town owners, we needed a ton of support as we made improvements to the house and prepared it for sale.Rachel and Shana helped out on the project from start to finish. They connected us with reliable workers to handle multiple upgrades to the property, and introduced us to an excellent designer who offered advice on renovations and recommended everything from paint colors to tile, flooring, lighting and other fixtures.The final phase -- staging the home, preparing marketing materials, listing, and entering and closing escrow -- felt seamless, and we were very pleased with the sale price. Rachel and Shana are very knowledgeable about the Bend market, and they know what clients need. Both are also super responsive communicators and bring a relaxed demeanor to what can be a stressful process. We are delighted to recommend them!

Rachel was an incredible resource throughout our move from Maryland to Bend.
