Rachel has now helped us with two property purchases in Bend. She was the realtor on call the first time and everything proceeded in an easy and straightforward manner. We were so impressed that when we decided to make a second purchase, it was Rachel we turned to to make it happen. And we didn't make it easy for her! We equivocated, we searched, and we changed our minds repeatedly. We made her work! Through it all she was patient and helped us sort out our needs and desires in such a way that in the end, we found just what we were hoping for. The first time was by chance; the second time was by choice. We would recommend Rachel as a realtor to anyone.

Rachel Greenwald Rhoads has given my wife and I a new understanding of how hard a good real estate broker really works, and how invaluable they are to navigating the complexities of purchasing a home from a distance of thousands of miles. Rachel isn't your typical realtor. She is what Bend is all about. She carries that friendly confident air of a person familiar with all that is good about Bend. The outdoors, the sports, the river, the mountain and the amazingly helpful attitude of the folks that live in this community. When we met her, we connected immediately. Buying a home is a big deal and Rachel and Kacey are the people you want on your team! They check all the boxes - they're experts in real estate, responsive, have your best interest at heart, kind yet assertive and your ally, and will hold you hand through the house buying process.
