About Rachel:

Since 2011, Rachel has worked as a residential real estate broker in Central Oregon. Her adventurous and entrepreneurial spirit ultimately led to her career as a commercial broker as well. She has an established name in Central Oregon as a trusted and hard-working advocate for her clients. Rachel aims to stay up to speed on proposed developments, transportation and growth plans within Central Oregon. Rachel’s former work as a teacher of at-risk youth taught her to think outside the box and to appreciate the value of honesty and the importance of listening. As an outdoor adventure guide, Rachel’s primary responsibility was to lead individuals and teams through challenging situations–a role that she wears well as a commercial and residential broker. On her days off you can find her skiing steep slopes, mountain biking, rock climbing and mainlining salt + vinegar chips. She loves being outdoors and even met her husband at a wilderness first aid class!

About Shana:

A long time Bend resident since 2003, Shana is deeply rooted in the community where she values building and maintaining authentic relationships in her personal and professional life. Shana has over 20 years of experience working for Central Oregon’s largest family, estate, and probate law firm as the director of operations and paralegal. She has a proven track record of effectively collaborating with various teams to meet the needs of clients during some of the most challenging times. 

As a mother, real estate agent, yoga and barre teacher, Shana is devoted to helping her family, friends, students, and clients meet their various needs throughout life. She believes finding the right home in the right location can instill a sense of harmony in one’s life and she feels honored to be part of the process.

When Shana is not working, you’ll find her and her kids hiking, skiing, biking, climbing, and paddling – truly appreciating all that beautiful Central Oregon has to offer.
